At Affinity Illinois Dance Center, we believe in teaching dance in a way that is sustainable to lifelong body health and stamina. Our passion is providing students with a healthy body mindset and image. Dance will become a creative outlet for their entire lives and will help them succeed in any avenue that their future takes them.

Summer Drop-in Classes:
June 1st- June 27th and July 6th- July 25th

Tuesdays:
Pointe 1: 5pm-5:30pm ($5/class)
Int./Adv. Jazz (Level 3-5 and Adults): 5:30pm-7pm ($15/class)

Fairtytale Fantasy
Ages 3- 5
June 1 - 3
10am- 12pm

Be enchanted during our Fairytale Fantasy 3-day dance camp! We will explore different fairytale stories, crafts, and dancing each day which will culminate in a mini in-studio performance of everything we've learned on Wednesday at 11:45pm! This camp will meet Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10am-12pm and will include time for a snack (snack not provided by AIDC). No previous dance experience required!
Fairytale Fantasy

The Nutcracker Camp: For Beginner Dancers

Join Clara on her journey through the Land of the Snow and the Land of the Sweets during this 3-day dance camp! This camp is designed for students ages 7+ with no previous experience or students moving into Beginning Dance Technique at Affinity Illinois Dance Center for the fall 2026. We will be exploring ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, as well as exploring the story of the Nutcracker. This camp does include a lunch break. The studio is not providing lunch so please send your child with a lunch and a water bottle! This camp will culminate in a mini in-studio performance on Wednesday at 12:15pm! This camp is not required to participate in the Nutcracker performance in December 2026.
Wicked Moves: For Beginner Dancers

Get ready to be dancing through life during this 3-day dance camp! This camp is designed for students ages 7+ with no previous experience or students moving into Beginning Dance Technique at Affinity Illinois Dance Center for the fall 2026. We will be exploring ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, and musical theatre. This camp does include a lunch break. The studio is not providing lunch so please send your child with food and a water bottle! This camp will culminate in a mini in-studio performance on Wednesday at 12:15pm!

Jr. Summer Intensive

The Jr. Summer Intensive is designed for students currently in or moving into level 3 for the fall 2026 semester at Affinity Illinois Dance Center. This summer camp is by placement only. Students not enrolled at Affinity Illinois Dance Center are welcome to email us to schedule a placement class for summer camps. This week long program will improve strength, flexibility, technique, artistry, and so much more! Students will have the opportunity to take classes in a variety of dance styles and take from a range of different qualified instructors. Classes may include ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, contemporary, improv, variations, conditioning, Pilates, and more! This week will culminate in a mini in-studio performance on Friday at 2pm (1st week) and 6:30pm (2nd week). This session will include snack breaks (snacks not provided by AIDC).

The Summer Intensive is designed for students moving into or currently in level 4 or 5 for the fall 2026 semester at Affinity Illinois Dance Center. This summer camp is by placement only. Students not enrolled at Affinity Illinois Dance Center are welcome to email us to schedule a placement class for summer camps. This week long program will improve strength, flexibility, technique, artistry, and so much more! Students will have the opportunity to take classes in a variety of dance styles and take from a range of different qualified instructors. Classes may include ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, contemporary, improv, variations, conditioning, Pilates, and more!
